Hi! My name is Jill Jacobs. I’m a certified Metabolic Effect Level 3 Nutrition Coach, certified personal trainer, certified kettlebell instructor, master level certified teacher, wife, mom, friend, Christian, and everything in between.
My passion is to SIMPLIFY fat loss for women through coaching and education. I know how confusing and conflicting the information is on the internet and in magazines. I also know how frustrating it is to not have a clue where to begin when it comes to body change and nutrition. I want you to know that living a healthy and fit lifestyle doesn’t have to be so complicated!
If you are like me, you’ve probably tried more than one fad diet just to be left disappointed. That’s where my one-on-one coaching comes in. I want to teach you how to make changes that will stick for life. I want to provide you tools that will help you get and maintain results!
What is One-on-One Training and Nutrition coaching and how does it work?
One-on-One coaching with me will be customized into exactly what YOU need. This is no one-size-fits-all approach. This coaching program involves personalized attention and support to help you meet your health, fitness, and nutrition goals despite your busy schedule!
After filling out a detailed, new client questionnaire, we’ll get started by looking at how your body burns fat. From there, you will receive a meal plan from me that we can customize for you throughout our minimum of 12 weeks working together. You will have access to my recipe library with well over 100 fat loss friendly recipes!
We will discuss your fitness goals and come up with the best workout program to meet your needs. There will be weekly check-ins plus daily access to me from Monday – Friday via a private facebook group (just you and me). This will provide a safe place to ask questions and receive the accountability and support you need.
We will dive deeper into your goals, successes, and obstacles via a 30-minute coaching call every 4 weeks. This will help accelerate your results!
